What to expect from our hiring process

Once you submit your application to us, here are some of the steps you can expect.

1.

Introductory phone interview
This phone call gives the team a chance to get to know you and introduce themselves. This is a great time to ask questions about the practice you’re applying to, its future, and the role you’ll play.

2.

First in-person interview
If everything goes well in the phone interview, there’s a good chance you’ll be asked to visit the practice to speak with the team leader of the department you’re applying to.

3.

Peer interview and shadowing
Following the in-person interview, you will be asked to take part in a peer review and shadow some members of the team to experience a typical day at the practice. This should give you a better idea of the organization and how well you fit into it.

4.

Follow-up email message
After going through the interview and shadowing process, you will receive an email which includes a link to the practice website, a recruiting video, and information about our core values.

5.

Offer letter
You may or may not receive an offer letter from the practice to which you’ve applied. If you do receive an offer letter, it will contain information about background checks and drug screens, and a possible orientation date. If you do not receive an offer letter, you will instead receive an email thanking you for your interest in the role you applied for. You will also be encouraged to apply again in the future if another position opens up.
