Benefits for AscendVets team
members include:

  • Health insurance

    After 60 days of employment, you are eligible for insurance benefits. This includes a $300 company contribution for health, a 50% contribution for dental, and optional vision and supplemental insurance.

  • Paid time off

  • Long-term disability insurance and $20,000 life policies (employer-paid)

  • Retirement

    After one year of employment, you are eligible to enroll in a 401K plan with 4% matching contributions from the employer

The CVT Scholarship Program

AscendVets offers a CVT Scholarship Program for team members looking to build up their knowledge, hone their skills, and excel at a higher level in the vet profession. We cover the cost of the program to ensure participants have the support they need to complete the program at their own pace, and with all the resources they need to succeed.
